Senior Architectural Production:

The senior Architectural Production responsibilities include managing and overseeing the production process of a variety of commercial projects, providing quality control and redlines, and coordinating with and mentoring junior team members. Experience in multi-story hospitality and multi-family projects is desirable.

 Qualifications for this position include:

●        An associates degree in drafting or a bachelor’s degree in architecture

●        English language proficiency

●        Eight or more years of professional commercial architecture firm experience

●        Fluent in Revit (REQUIRED)

●        Ability to meet deadlines and work within given schedule parameters

●        Collaborative with and supportive of the rest of the team

●        Take appropriate initiative and keep busy without supervision

●        Solutions oriented

 

In addition, candidates should have well-developed interpersonal skills, including excellent written and verbal communication and the ability to work effectively in teams and independently. Tasks for this position: (this is a non-exhaustive list of basic duties and responsibilities)

·         Maintain relevant checklists

·         Create Revit base models of as-built conditions

·         Create detailing CD set for small to large commercial projects

·         Pick up redlines

·         Incorporate basic building code knowledge

·         Design with appropriate considerations for ADA code, structural systems, MEP systems, and more

·         Find and correct basic code errors in floor plans

·         See the project’s big picture and find all necessary details to support it.

·         Work through complex architectural detailing

·         Mentor, train, and guide junior staff in Revit production tasks

·         Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors as needed

·         Assist architect in CA phase as needed

Compensation:

Salary range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000+ depending on experience.

Senior Level Interior Designer/Project Manager:

The successful candidate has experience independently managing projects and taking them through the full interior design and construction process, all while growing with the company, and positively impacting the communities in which we work.

The senior level Interior Designer/Project Manager responsibilities include managing and overseeing the interior design detailing of a variety of commercial projects, providing quality control and redlines, coordinating with and mentoring junior team members, and managing projects through construction administration phases. Understanding of project management skills such as project schedule, workflow, deadlines, deliverables, and effective client communication will also lead to success in the role. Experience in multi-story hospitality and multi-family projects is desirable.

Qualifications for this position include:

●        A bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, or equivalent

●        English language proficiency

●        Seven or more years of professional architecture or interior design firm experience specific to commercial interior design detailing and construction document development

●        Fluent in Revit

●        Ability to meet deadlines and work within given schedule parameters

·         Create and maintain project schedules, and communicate the status of the project deliverables to client in a timely and effective manner

·         Manage and mentor staff, providing feedback and professional development

·         Contribute to development of proposals, contracts, and scope changes (may include presenting proposals to clients and negotiating final deliverables and costs)

·         Keep schedules, fees, staffing, and budgets current in Monograph (project management software)

·         Create and maintain task lists

·         Manage construction process (log RFIs and submittals and ensure their timely and accurate completion)

·         Build rapport with owners and contractors

·         Develop and lead the complete design of commercial interiors projects

·         Develop innovative interior design solutions for building details

·         Design with an awareness of structural and MEP systems

·         Rendering and Schematic Presentation skills is a plus

Compensation:

Salary range for this position is $70,000 –$90,000+ depending on experience.
