Courtyard Refresh Concept Design - Linn-Benton Community College

At the core of Linn-Benton Community College lies a large Courtyard. Many of the original features are under-utilized or are in a state of disrepair. The space features fountains, student gathering areas, a landscaped area, and concrete tables and benches that are lightly used by students and only on sunny days. Seeing potential for this space, the College engaged Varitone to complete schematic design work to show various stakeholders what this space could be transformed into. The concepts and renderings are being used to seek funding in order to bring the project vision to reality and inject new life back into the heart of the campus.
