RBI Agency

Varitone Architecture is working with RBI Agency in Albany, Oregon to transform a former radio station headquarters into a modern office space for this local insurance company. The design removes the existing upper floor of the building and the entire façade—virtually creating a new building atop the existing foundation. Its modern design provides a new aesthetic to the neighborhood and brings life to a run-down building that has sat vacant for the past 20 years.

The project is slated to start construction in spring 2022.
