Fairfield Inn - Poulsbo, WA

Poulsbo, Washington is the setting for this new construction hotel project with 101 guest rooms and beautiful views. With hotel facilities few and far between in the area it is a welcome addition to the local community. Varitone provided architectural and interior design services for this long-time client. To meet jurisdictional challenges, including height restrictions, zoning restrictions, and design review criteria, Varitone transformed the chain’s standard 4-story, modern aesthetic prototype into a 3-story hotel with a Scandinavian flair. Through the updated entry design, roof design, and façade materials the final building is a definite success for the City, the Brand, and the Client.
