Pickford Townhomes

Varitone Architecture designed this new 5-unit townhouse building in the Tunison neighborhood of Corvallis, Oregon. The project maximizes housing opportunities and provides residents with comfortable, functional and attractive spaces with a modern aesthetic. 

The units are three-stories with floor plans featuring three to four bedrooms. Each unit has a private garage and an outdoor balcony. The layouts are designed to accommodate both student living and families alike. 

The project is anticipated to complete construction in the spring of 2022.
