Waverly Townhomes

Varitone Architecture designed this new 35-unit townhome complex in the Periwinkle neighborhood of Albany. The project maximizes density and creates  a welcoming community with efficient and comfortable modern housing options. 

The units are all two-stories, either one bedroom or two-bedrooms, and designed to maximize functionality and daylight within a small footprint. The complex is formed by three separate buildings of townhouse units around a central parking area and common outdoor space which includes a playground and landscaping. Each unit has a private patio facing away from the common outdoor area. Decorative screening at the front entries and back patios provide a modern aesthetic and  privacy between units. 

The project is anticipated to start construction in the spring of 2022.
